摘要
以某型矿用提升绞车为研究对象,分析了矿用提升绞车的结构组成,对矿用提升绞车的液压平衡系统进行了研究,并采用仿真软件对液压平衡系统中的诸多物理量进行了仿真分析。通过仿真结果发现:矿用提升绞车在进行工作时的液压平衡系统中平衡阀的流量及压力从开始到结束是先增大后降低;主要提升减速设备的制动压力及其力矩也是呈现先增大后降低的趋势,在最后趋于某一个特定值,保持稳定。
Taking a certain type of mining hoisting winch as the research background,the structural composition of the mining hoisting winch is analyzed,and then the hydraulic balancing system of the mining hoisting winch is studied,and many physical quantities in the hydraulic balancing system are simulated and analyzed by using simulation software.The simulation results show that when the mine hoisting winch is working,the flow and pressure of the balancing valve in the hydraulic balancing system increases and then decreases from the Beginning to the end;the braking pressure of the main hoisting and decelerating equipment and the magnitude of its torque also show a trend of increasing and then decreasing;at the end,it tends to a specific value and remains stable.
