摘要
机械化综采成为煤矿主要的采煤方式,所使用液压支架的数量逐渐增多,对液压支架的回撤转移成为影响生产效率的重要因素。针对这一问题,设计液压支架的快速回撤平台,其通过主体的牵引平台、过渡平台、待装平台及装车平台实现液压支架的快速回撤。依据牵引平台的使用工况,对其结构进行静态性能的仿真分析,经过验证其结构满足回撤平台的使用需求,保证了回撤平台的稳定可靠。
Based on the fact that mechanized integrated mining has become the main coal mining method in coal mines, the number of hydraulic supports used has gradually increased, and the retraction transfer of hydraulic supports has become an important factor affecting the production efficiency. In response to this problem, the rapid retraction platform of hydraulic bracket is designed to realize the rapid retraction of hydraulic bracket through the main traction platform, transition platform, waiting platform and loading platform. Based on the working conditions of the traction platform, the static performance of its structure is simulated and analyzed, and the structure is verified to meet the requirements of the retraction platform and ensure the stability and reliability of the retraction platform.
