摘要 为使同巷布设的单轨吊机车与架空乘人装置实现自动相互闭锁控制,针对单轨吊机械挡车装置的控制方式进行研究,以此为切入点,根据架空乘人装置的实际运行情况,来判断是否触发机械挡车装置进行动作,达到自动互相闭锁控制,进而实现单轨吊智能挡车。介绍了该挡车装置的具体工作原理,分析了其使用条件,总结了其主要优点,并从安全性、适用性以及经济性等方面着手,探讨了该挡车装置的应用可行性。实际应用结果表明,应用该挡车装置后实现了单轨吊智能挡车,企业实现了减人增效的目的。 In order to make the monorail crane locomotive and the overhead passenger device in the same lane can realize automatic interlocking control,focus on the control mode of the monorail crane mechanical blocking device,as an entry point,according to the actual operation of the overhead passenger device,to determine whether to trigger the mechanical blocking device for action,to achieve automatic interlocking control,and then realize the intelligent blocking of the monorail crane.The specific working principle of the blocking device is introduced,its conditions of use are analyzed,its main advantages are summarized,and the feasibility of the application of the blocking device is discussed from various aspects such as safety,applicability and economy.The practical application results show that the application of the blocking device has realized the intelligent blocking of the monorail crane,which has achieved the purpose of reducing manpower and increasing efficiency for the enterprise.
