带式输送机运行过程动态优化控制设计及试验研究

摘要 通过带式输送机现场工况进行选型设计,并结合设备参数及现场运行情况对带式输送机进行工况系数进行选取,由此分析带式输送机张力与运行速度、加速度的关系并进行调速动态优化。通过速度仿真分析可以看出,优化后的速度曲线更为平滑,即带式输送机的运行过程更为平稳。 The selection design is carried out through the site working conditions of the belt conveyor,and the working conditions coefficients of the belt conveyor are selected by combining the equipment parameters and the site operation.The relationship between belt conveyor tension and running speed and acceleration is thus analyzed for dynamic optimization of speed regulation,and the speed simulation analysis shows that the optimized speed curve is smoother,i.e.the running process of the belt conveyor is smoother.
