摘要
针对煤矿巷道开采过程中机载锚杆钻机自身结构与周围环境发生共振引发事故的情况,对某型掘进机的机载锚杆钻机进行动力学特性研究,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS workbench进行动力学数值模拟分析,最终得出掘进机机载锚杆钻机不会与周围环境发生共振,能够保证结构的安全可靠。
In view of the accident caused by the resonance between the machine mounted anchor rig and the surrounding environment in the process of coal mine roadway mining,the dynamics of a certain type of roadheading machine's machine mounted anchor rig is studied,and the numerical simulation analysis of dynamics is conducted by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS workbench.The final conclusion is that the anchor drill on the roadheader will not resonate with the surrounding environment and can ensure the safety and reliability of the structure.
