摘要
通过对带式输送机托辊常见故障进行分析,提出了一种带式输送机托辊异常检测方法。其可以实现对带式输送机托辊组的故障检测,便于及时更换托辊,有效避免带式输送机事故发生,对于煤矿安全高效开采具有重要的意义和价值。
The common failures of rollers are analyzed,and a method for detecting abnormalities of belt conveyor rollers is proposed,which can detect the failure of belt conveyor roller group,facilitate timely replacement of rollers,and effectively avoid belt conveyor accidents.It is of great significance and value for the safe and efficient mining of coal mines.
