桥式起重机作业状态智能化监测系统应用研究

Application Research of Intelligent Monitoring System for Overhead Cranes Operation Status

针对某汽车厂服役的桥式起重机安全保护技术薄弱的现状,开展作业状态智能化监测系统应用研究,完成了监测系统方案设计、硬件设计和软件设计工作。应用结果表明,智能化监控系统运行稳定可靠,达到了桥式起重机作业状态实时显示和远程监测的目的。监测系统的投入使用,增加了桥式起重机的有效利用时间,减少了故障排除时间,节约了运维人员,提高了桥式起重机的安全性和可靠性。

In view of the weak safety protection technology of overhead cranes in service of an automobile factory,we carried out the application research of intelligent monitoring system of operation status and completed the monitoring system scheme design,hardware design and software design.Application results show that the monitoring system is stable and reliable,to achieve the purpose of real-time display and remote monitoring of the operational status of the overhead crane.The monitoring system is put into use,which increases the effective utilization time of overhead cranes,reduces troubleshooting time,saves operation and maintenance personnel,and improves the safety and reliability of overhead cranes.
