摘要
针对矿井空压机能耗减排问题开展深入研究,以GFR-80型轴流式压缩机为研究对象,提出修复漏气、使用外部空气、降低压缩机气压等节能措施。同时从矿井工程现场的空压机应用分析得出15个具体的减排措施,帮助煤矿企业节约能耗,提高经济性。该研究成果可为空压机制造厂商和煤矿技术人员在空压机运行减排方面的技术研究提供依据。
In-depth research is conducted on energy consumption and emission reduction of mine air compressors,taking GFR-80 type axial flow compressor as the research object and proposing energy-saving measures such as repairing air leakage,using external air and reducing compressor air pressure.Also,15 specific emission reduction measures were derived from the analysis of air compressor applications in mine engineering sites to help coal mining enterprises save energy and improve economy.The research results provide a basis for technical research on air compressor operation and emission reduction for air compressor manufacturers and coal mine technicians.
