摘要
为顺利通过采空区,确保掘进工作面安全生产,以山西某矿西翼胶带大巷过采空区为工程背景,提出采用钢管帷幕法加强掘进巷道过程中临时支护,在此基础上架设U29钢棚+喷浆永久支护。现场应用表明,钢管帷幕法+U29钢棚施工技术的应用,使过采空区掘进工作面顶板围岩得到有效控制,并在施工过程中优化了施工参数,顺利通过了采空区。
In order to smoothly pass the mining void area and ensure the safe production of the digging working face,the steel pipe curtain method is proposed to strengthen the temporary support in the process of digging the roadway,based on which the U29 steel shed+slurry spraying permanent support is erected,taking the west wing tape alley over the mining void area as the engineering background.The field application proves that the application of steel pipe curtain method+U29 steel shed construction technology enables the roof surrounding rock of the dug-in working face over the mining area to be effectively controlled,and during the construction process,the construction parameters are optimized to pass the mining area smoothly.
