摘要
为解决选煤厂瓦斯浓度超限治理不及时且能耗较大的问题,结合选煤厂瓦斯分布的特点,在完成瓦斯安全监控系统总体设计的基础上,重点完成了监控系统关键设备的选型、传感器和通风机的布置等硬件设计,以及基于模糊控制的软件流程设计,并对基于模糊控制的新型瓦斯监控系统的功能进行验证,取得理想结果"
In order to solve the problem of untimely and energy-consuming management of gas concentration over limit in coal processing plant,combined with the characteristics of gas distribution in coal processing plant,on the basis of completing the overall design of gas safety monitoring system,the hardware design,such as the selection of key equipment of the system,the arrangement of sensors and ventilators,and the software process design based on fuzzy control is completed;finally,the function of the new gas monitoring system based on fuzzy control is verified and the satisfactory results are obtained.Finally,the functions of the new gas monitoring system based on fuzzy control are verified and the desired results are obtained.
