摘要
针对国内机床数控化率低、生产效率及精度不高的情况,提出数控化改造措施。详细阐述了数控车床的主传动系统、进给传动系统的数控化改造方法及电气控制系统的设计要点,通过实际安装调试和空运转试验验证改造的可行性,为数控车床的电气控制系统改造设计提供参考。
In view of the low numerical control rate of domestic machine tools and the low production efficiency and precision,numerical control transformation measures are proposed.The main drive system,feed drive system CNC transformation method and the design of the electrical control system are elaborated,and the feasibility of the transformation is verified through actual installation and commissioning and air-run test,which provides reference for the electrical control system transformation design of CNC lathe.
