摘要
膜分离制氮机是煤矿现场常见的设备系统,面对恶劣的矿井条件,环境温度成为影响膜分离制氮机在正常工况下的关键因素。如果不能消除温度因素对膜分离制氮的不利影响,将减少制氮设备的使用寿命。因此,有必要对膜分离制氮机的温度控制实现技术进行研究,通过现有的工业处理器对其温度实现精确的控制。通过PLC技术设计出了膜分离制氮机的温度控制系统,同时采用PID算法对数据进行处理,与现有的膜分离制氮机的电加热控制技术相比,更容易实现温度的精确控制,并且达到最优的工况条件。研究成果可为煤矿工程现场膜分离制氮机的温度控制研究提供依据。
Membrane separation nitrogen generators are common equipment systems in coal mines,and in the face of harsh mine conditions,the ambient temperature is a key factor affecting the nitrogen generators under normal operating conditions.If the adverse effect of temperature factor on membrane separation nitrogen production cannot be eliminated,the service life of nitrogen production equipment will be reduced.Therefore,it is necessary to study the technology of temperature control implementation of membrane separation nitrogen generator to achieve accurate control of its temperature by existing industrial processors.The temperature control system of the membrane separation nitrogen generator is designed by PLC technology,and the PID algorithm is used to process the data,which is easier to realize the precise temperature control and achieve the optimal working conditions than the existing electric heating control technology of the membrane separation nitrogen generator.The research results provide a basis for the study of temperature control of membrane separation nitrogen generator in coal mine engineering sites.
