摘要 针对当前液压支架自动化程度低、调控精度差的问题,提出了一种新的井下液压支架电液控制系统。该控制系统以双CAN总线控制为基础,通过对井下综采作业工艺、支架支护要求、综采面自动化需求的分析,确定了电液控制系统的整体架构及设计方案。经实际应用表明,该控制系统能够将液压支架调节的反应时间缩短89.5%、调节精度保持在±0.02 m,显著提升了液压支架调控时的自动化程度和精度。 A new electro-hydraulic control system of underground hydraulic bracket is proposed for the current problems of low automation and poor regulation and control accuracy of hydraulic bracket. The control system is based on double CAN bus control, and the overall architecture and design scheme of the electro-hydraulic control system are determined through the analysis of underground comprehensive mining operation process, bracket support requirements and automation needs of comprehensive mining face. The practical application shows that the control system can shorten the response time of hydraulic bracket adjustment by 89.5%, maintain the adjustment accuracy at±0.02 m, and significantly improve the automation degree and accuracy of hydraulic bracket adjustment and control.
