摘要 针对当前矿井电机车监控系统存在的定位精度低、应用范围窄、调度人员不能及时准确地获得电机车的具体位置信息,易引发安全事故的问题,设计了一种以精准定位为基础的新型矿井电机车监控系统,介绍了该监控系统的主要通信网络,分析了其具体工作原理,设计了该系统的整体结构与需要用到的主要关键设备,并进行了试验验证。通过进行模拟试验,发现通过应用该电机车监控系统,能及时了解电机车位置信息与运行情况,且该监控系统运行稳定可靠,有助于进一步提高矿井电机车的安全稳定应用水平,更好地保障矿井安全生产。 In view of the low positioning accuracy and narrow application range of the current mine motor car monitoring system,the dispatcher cannot get the specific position information of the motor car in time and accurately.The dispatcher can't get the specific position information of the locomotive in time and accurately,which is easy to cause safety accidents.The main communication network of the monitoring system is introduced,its specific working principle is analyzed,the overall structure of the system and the main key equipment are designed,and experimental verification is conducted.Through the simulation test,it is found that by applying the monitoring system,the locomotive position information and operation can be understood in time,and the monitoring system is stable and reliable,which helps to further improve the safe and stable application level of the mine locomotive and better guarantee the safe production of the mine.
