摘要
目前全断面掘进机已成熟应用于各类隧道掘进工程中,而针对矿用全断面掘进机的相关行业标准仍有待完善,因此在其运行监测及故障诊断技术方面仍需进一步研究。通过对矿用全断面掘进机的主要监测对象进行分析,制订最佳的监测方案,在此基础上采用传感器及LabVIEW虚拟仪器等技术,对全断面掘进机运行监测系统进行设计,实现了全断面掘进机主要部件的实时运行监测及故障预测诊断。
At present,full-section roadheader has been maturely used in various tunneling projects,but the relevant industry standard for mining full-section roadheader still needs to be improved,so further research is needed in its operation monitoring and fault diagnosis technology.By analyzing the main monitoring objects of mining full-section roadheader,formulating the best monitoring scheme,and designing the operation monitoring system of full-section roadheader based on sensor and LabVIEW virtual instrument technologies,we realize the real-time operation monitoring and fault prediction and diagnosis of the main components of full-section roadheader.
