摘要
为进一步提升采煤机的自动化、智能化生产水平,在对采煤机自动化控制系统总体设计的基础上,重点对采煤机自动控制与采煤工艺相结合的控制流程进行设计并通过搭建实验模拟平台分别对采煤机截割阻力与牵引速度的智能控制、采煤机截割高度与煤层高度之间智能控制效果进行验证。结果表明,该控制系统控制效果理想,能满足设计要求。
In order to further improve the automation and intelligent production level of coal mining machine,on the basis of the overall design of the automatic control system of coal mining machine,the control process combining automatic control of coal mining machine and coal mining process is focused on the design;finally,the intelligent control of cutting resistance and traction speed of coal mining machine,and the intelligent control effect between cutting height of coal mining machine and coal seam height are respectively verified by building an experimental simulation platform.Finally,the intelligent control effect of coal mining machine cutting resistance and traction speed,and the intelligent control effect of coal mining machine cutting height and coal seam height were verified by building an experimental simulation platform.The result shows that the control system is ideal and can meet the design requirements.
