摘要
为了提升矿井提升机驱动系统的工作效率,西曲矿对南坪山主井提升机原有驱动系统进行优化升级,对主电路、驱动模块电路、外围电路等进行了设计,并对控制系统回路的硬件设备选型进行分析,给出了系统软件程序、中断程序、MRAS子程序、滑模速度控制程序的工作流程。经实践应用后,发现优化后的变频驱动系统能够降低120万元/年的维修成本,且能够有效提升工作效率,为提升机变频驱动系统优化作出一定的参考,为矿井高效开采提供依据。
In order to improve the efficiency of the mine hoist drive system,Xiqu Mine optimized the design of the original drive system of the mine's Nanpingshan main shaft hoist,designed the main circuit,drive module circuit and peripheral circuit,and analyzed the hardware equipment selection of the control system circuit,and gave the workflow of the system software program,interrupt program,MRAS subroutine,and sliding mode speed control program.The analysis of the optimized application effect found that the optimized inverter drive system can reduce the maintenance cost of 1.2 million RMB and can effectively improve the working efficiency,which makes a certain reference for the optimization of the hoist inverter drive system and provides a basis for the efficient mining.
