摘要
为了解决现代矿井提升机存在的使用仪表多、操作复杂、生产效率低等问题,介绍了一种针对矿井提升机的智能控制系统。该系统中将工业现场总线与无线网络相结合,开发了点对点到多点通信协议,实现了工业计算机与监控计算机之间的无线数据采集和无线数据传输。并提出了一种蚁群算法和模糊自适应PID控制来控制提升操作,实际应用程序表明,该系统运行良好。
In order to solve the problems of modern mine hoist such as many instruments used, complicated operation and low productivity,an intelligent control system for mine hoist is introduced. The system combines industrial fieldbus with wireless network, develops a point-to-point to multipoint communication protocol, and realizes wireless data acquisition and wireless data transmission between industrial computer and monitoring computer. And an ant colony algorithm and fuzzy adaptive PID control are proposed to control the hoisting operation, and the practical application shows that the system works well.
