综采工作面智能化系统及其应用研究

Research on Intelligent System and Its Application on Heilong Mining Working Face

综采工作面智能化系统是工作面智能化的前提,以小保当煤矿112207工作面为研究对象,采用理论分析和现场调研的方法对综采工作面智能化系统及其应用展开研究。结果表明,工作面智能化系统的核心是智能控制系统;智能控制系统通过对支护、割煤、运输、供液和监控等子系统的控制,实现工作面远程控制;采用该系统后工作面工作人员由43人减至21人,产能达35000t/年。

The intelligent system of work face is the premise of workface intelligence.Taking 112207 workface of Xiaobaodang coal mine as the research background,the intelligent system of workface and its application are studied by using theoretical analysis and field research.The results of the study show that:the core of the intelligent system is the intelligent control system;the intelligent control system realizes the remote control of the working face by controlling the subsystems of support,coal cutting,transportation,fluid supply and monitoring;the working face staff is reduced to 21 with the system and the production capacity reaches 35,000 t/d.
