摘要
预制装配式桥墩在国内外中低地震区的公路桥梁及城市桥梁工程中已有越来越多的应用,成为桥梁工程建设领域的重要发展方向。首先介绍了预制装配式桥墩的相关技术背景,然后综述了当前国内外常用预制装配式桥墩连接关键技术及其研究进展情况,总结了装配式桥墩在国内外全预制装配式桥梁建设中的应用情况并简要介绍了典型工程案例,最后分析了预制装配式桥墩的发展态势。分析表明,灌浆套筒连接、灌浆波纹管连接以及承插式连接是目前研究和应用最成熟的预制装配式桥墩连接技术,预应力筋连接预制桥墩是值得期待的一种连接技术,值得引起更多关注;预制装配式桥墩在强震区的应用应在充分进行论证的基础上进行,有必要开展大比例尺甚至足尺试验研究以验证其在强震区的适用性;指出了预制装配式桥墩抗震设计及高性能抗震新体系、高性能轻量化预制桥墩、预制装配式桥墩与上部结构一体化建造智能装备及施工技术以及预制装配式桥墩耐久性等是预制装配式桥墩的重要发展方向及亟待解决的关键问题。该研究可为我国预制装配式桥墩连接技术发展及工程应用提供经验借鉴和参考。
With having been more and more applied in highway and urban bridges in low seismicity, precast assembly piers has become an import trend in bridge construction field. Firstly, relative background of prefabricated assembly piers was introduced. Then, common key techniques and research progress at home and abroad were reviewed. Engineering application and typical engineering cases were introduced briefly. At last, its development was analyzed. The analysis show that grouted sleeve connection,grouted corrugated duct connection and socket connection are the most mature techniques for prefabricated assembly piers connection. The technology of prestressing ten-don connection is worthy expecting;If the Precast assembly piers were applied in high seismic areas, it should be fully demonstrated and large-scale even full-scale model experiment needed to verify its applicability in high seismicity. The important development trend and key issues requiring urgent solutions are proposed, including seismic design of precast bridge piers and novel seismic system, high-performance lightweight precast piers, intelligent equipment and construction technique for integral construction of precast bridge substructures and piers, durability of precast piers, and so on. The research can provide experiences and references for technique development of precast assembly piers in China.
