摘要
拱部双层初期支护作为拱盖法的一种,具有支撑少、空间大、工序简单、施工效率高且安全可靠等优点。以济南望岳路隧道为工程背景,讨论了拱部双层初期支护的技术原理和施工工艺,并通过数值模拟和现场实践验证其应用效果。结果表明:望岳路隧道采用拱部双层初期支护能够很好地控制隧道及地表变形和沉降,同时可以增加施工空间,提高机械化水平,缩短工期。拱部双层初期支护在济南望岳路隧道的成功应用,为今后类似工程积累了理论与实践经验。
As one of the arch cover methods, double-layer initial support at arch has the advantages of less support,large space, simple process, high construction efficiency, safety and reliability. Taking Wangyue Road Tunnel in Jinan City as example, the technical principle and construction technology of arch double-layer initial support are discussed. Its application effect is verified by numerical simulation and field practice. The results show that the tunnel, ground settlement and deformation can be well controlled by arch double-layer initial support. At the same time, it can increase construction space, improve mechanization level and shorten construction period. The success application has accumulated theoretical and practical experience for similar projects in future.
