管道下穿既有公路施工方案比选及评价方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国管道工程建设的不断发展,管道下穿既有公路施工项目逐渐增多。为研究污水管道在砂卵石层下穿既有公路的施工方法及路基的沉降大小和分布规律,以西安市地铁10号线施工区域污水管线改迁还建工程为背景,开展了管道下穿既有公路砂卵石层Midas数值模拟,分别进行了双侧管道同时下穿和分步下穿的研究,得出最优下穿方案,最后结合理论计算及现场实地监控量测数据对下穿方案进行评价和分析。研究成果可为今后污水管道或石油管道等下穿工程提供技术参考和借鉴。 With the continuous development of pipeline engineering in China, pipelines undercrossing existing highways are gradually increasing. In order to study the construction method of sewage pipeline through the existing highway in sandy gravel layer and the settlement and distribution rule of subgrade, under the background of the reconstruction project of sewage pipeline in the construction area of Xi’an Metro Line 10, the undercrossing was numerical simulated by Midas. The simultaneous and step-by-step undercrossing on bilateral pipelines were studied and the optimal scheme was obtained. Finally, the scheme was evaluated and analyzed by theoretical calculation and field monitoring and measurement data. The research results can provide technical reference for sewage pipelines or oil pipelines undercrossing projects in future.
