摘要
龙口市第二污水处理厂出厂水水质时常不达标,又面临着提高排放标准问题,为此重点对生化段、深度处理段采取了强化措施,形成了预处理-调节池-初沉池-MBBR-二沉池-磁混凝澄清池-高级氧化工艺(臭氧+UV+H_(2)O_(2))-滤布滤池-接触消毒池的改造处理工艺。改造完成后半年的运行数据表明,升级改造有效地解决了该污水处理厂现状存在的主要问题,COD;去除率达到 85%以上,NH_(3)^(-)-N 去除率达到 95%以上,TP 去除率达到 95%左右,各项出水水质指标能稳定达到 GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级 A 标准。该工程对其他以工业废水为主的污水处理厂的升级改造具有参考价值。
LongKou No. 2 wastewater treatment had the problems of substandard effluent and raising the discharge standard. In order to solve the problems, strengthening measures were focused on the biochemical period and advanced period. The renovation treatment technology, that are pretreatment -primary settling tank -moving -bed biofilm reactor (MBBR)-secondary settling tank-magnetic coagulation settling tank-advanced oxidation process(ozone+UV+H_(2)O_(2))-cloth media filter-contact disinfection, was formed. After renovation, the operating data of hal a year shows that the upgrading have effectively solved the existing current main problems of the plant, and the removal rate of COD;is more than 85%, one of NH_(3)^(-)-N is more than 95% and TP is about 95%. The effluent stably reaches the first class A standard of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB18918-2002). The renovation technology provides reference for similar wastewater treatment plants upgrading.
