污水处理领域典型化学药剂安全风险及管控措施 被引量:2

摘要 随着水环境保护的日益加强和水资源循环利用需求的不断提高,传统污水处理逐渐向再生水处理和回用转变,在污水处理过程中使用的化学药剂种类相应增加,尤其是因甲醇、液氧、次氯酸钠、盐酸、氢氧化钠等危险化学品管理使用不当所带来的潜在安全风险也日益增大。在分析污水处理领域常用化学药剂安全风险的基础上,从化学药剂运输及卸车、日常巡视保养和检修、药剂投加系统、应急处置以及作业人员和作业队伍管理5个方面有针对性地提出全流程管控措施,以有效避免各类安全生产事故的发生。 With the continuous strengthening of water environment protection and the constantly demand for water resource recycling, traditional sewage treatment is gradually transitioning to treatment and reuse of reclaimed water as well as the types of chemicals used in the treatment process is increasing. Potential safety risks caused by improper management and use of hazardous chemicals, especially methanol, liquid oxygen, sodium hypochlorite,hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide are increasing too. By analyzing the safety risks of common chemicals in water treatment, the whole targeted process control measures including transport and unloading,daily patrol and maintenance and repair, chemical dosing system, emergency disposal and team management are formulated to effectively avoid various safety production accidents.
