摘要 针对目前桥梁变形测量受到诸多制约因素影响的现状,基于数字图像相关方法(DIC技术),结合宁波市新江桥荷载试验,提出一种基于DIC技术的桥梁非接触变形测量方法。首先,利用传统的接触式位移传感器采集荷载试验下桥梁的位移数据;然后,利用GOM Correlate软件对荷载试验中的照片进行分析处理得到计算结果;最后,将实测数据与DIC计算结果进行比对,验证DIC模型的正确性,同时建立Midas Civil有限元模型来比较2种方法的差异。研究结果表明:DIC技术处理后得到的桥梁位移与传感器测得的实测值具有较高的一致性,进而验证了DIC技术在桥梁结构非接触变形测量中应用的可行性。 For the current situation that the bridge deformation measurement is subject to many restrictive factors,based on the digital image correlation method(DIC technique), combined with the actual load test of Xinjiang Bridge Ningbo, a non-contact deformation measurement method for bridge based on DIC technique is proposed. Firstly,the displacement data of the bridge under the load test is collected by traditional contact displacement sensor;Then,the photos of the load test are analyzed and process by the GOM Correlate software to have the calculation results;Finally, the measured data is compared with the DIC calculation results to verify the correctness of the DIC model.Midas Civil finite element model is established to compare the differences between the two methods. The research results show that the bridge displacement obtained by the DIC technique has high consistency with the measured value measured by the sensor. The non-contact deformation measurement of the bridge structure by the DIC technology is verified.
