某电厂锅炉飞灰大渣可燃物含量较高的原因分析

摘要 通过对锅炉设计、改造、运行资料的搜集与整理,并进行对比分析,排除了炉底漏风的影响,得出引起锅炉飞灰、大渣可燃物含量较高的主要原因为助燃空气量不足,煤粉燃烧不充分。其他可能原因包括:等离子燃烧器结构限制、长期投运等离子燃烧器、煤粉过粗、燃烧器喷口损坏、托底风量不够等。采取相应整改措施后,情况有所好转。 Through the collection and collation of the data of design,transformation and operation,then carry out comparative analysis,eliminate the influence of air leakage at the bottom of the furnace.It is concluded that the main reasons for high combustible constituents in fly ash and slag are the deficiency of combustion air and the insufficient combustion of pulverized coal.Other possible causes include:structural limitations of plasma burner,long-term operation of plasma burner,the fineness of pulverized coal is too thick,burner nozzle damage,the deficiency of bottom air,etc.After adopting corresponding rectification measures,the situation has improved.
