回忆剑桥求学期间体验的两则幽默故事,说明英式幽默与美式幽默的不同在于其“冷”与“含蓄”,认为在全球化过程中,理解西方文化中的幽默感也是一种文化融合。

This paper introduces the author’s personal experience of British humor during studying at University of Cambridge, incidentally in comparison with that American one. It argues that in the process of globalization, Eastern and Western cultures have been mutually introduced and influenced by each other, and humor is also a kind of cultural integration.
