增量配电网多主体投资收益分配研究——基于AHP-SPA-Shapley模型的分析

科学合理的收益分配方案是混合所有制改革背景下多主体投资增量配电网的基本保障。本文从影响增量配电网多主体投资收益分配的关键要素出发,基于不确定AHP耦合集对分析理论,构建改进后的Shapley值收益分配模型。通过算例分析表明:经综合修正因子调整后的Shapley值收益分配方案,不仅体现多元化投资主体的初始投资额在增量配电网投资收益分配时的重要程度,还可以更全面考量增量配电网各投资主体在联盟合作中的实际综合贡献度,使得收益分配更加科学合理、客观公正。

Scientific and reasonable income distribution scheme is the basic guarantee for multi-agent investment in incremental distribution network under the background of mixed ownership reform. Starting from the key factors affecting the multi-agent investment income distribution of incremental distribution network, this paper constructs an improved Shapley value income distribution model based on the uncertain AHP coupled set pair analysis theory. The example analysis shows that the Shapley value income distribution scheme adjusted by the comprehensive correction factor not only reflects the importance of the initial investment amount of diversified investors in the investment income distribution of incremental distribution network, but also can more comprehensively consider the actual comprehensive contribution of each investor of incremental distribution network in the alliance cooperation, making the income distribution more scientific, reasonable, objective and fair.
