摘要
乡村民宿是乡村旅游可持续发展的重要基石。探析其价格的空间分异和影响因素,对乡村旅游住宿市场的空间优化和价格管理有着重要意义。本文选取贵州文化和旅游厅公布的典型乡村民宿为研究对象,利用空间自相关分析和特征价格模型,探析贵州省乡村民宿价格的空间分异、影响因素。研究发现:贵州乡村民宿价格在全域上表现出明显的集聚特征,在局域上表现出一定的空间异质性;游客体验感最大程度影响着民宿价格,为游客带来高质量体验感的民宿价格相对较高;景点对乡村民宿价格的影响较显著,游客较注重乡村旅游的观赏条件;民宿定价弱化了交通设施与“民宿+OTA”模式的影响。
Rural homestay is an important cornerstone for the sustainable development of rural tourism. Exploring the spatial differentiation and influencing factors of its price is of great significance to the spatial optimization and price management of rural tourism accommodation market. This paper selects the typical rural homestays published by Guizhou Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism as the research object, and uses spatial autocorrelation analysis and characteristic price model to analyze the spatial differentiation and influencing factors of rural homestays price in Guizhou Province.The study finds that he rural homestay price in Guizhou shows obvious agglomeration characteristics in the whole region and certain spatial heterogeneity in the local area;tourists experience affects the price of homestay to the greatest extent, and the price of homestay with high quality experience is relatively high;the influence of scenic spots on the price of rural accommodation is relatively obvious, and tourists pay more attention to the ornamental conditions of rural tourism;B&B pricing weakens the impact of transportation facilities and ’ B&B + OTA ’ mode.
