基于低碳农业视角下生态效率测度研究——以北大荒集团为例 被引量:12

Ecological efficiency measurement from the perspective of low-carbon agriculture——Take Beidahuang Group as an example

摘要 为促进农业经济与生态环境保护的协调发展,提高生态效率,实现低碳农业和可持续发展。本文以北大荒集团的9个分公司为研究对象,以2010-2020年面板数据,从低碳农业视角下将农业碳汇和农业总碳排放引入生态效率评价体系中,采用超效率SBM模型,对其生态效率进行综合评价。研究结果表明:北大荒集团农业企业的生态效率呈逐年上升趋势,2020年生态综合效率最高。各分公司的生态效率均值中,北安、哈尔滨、建三江和宝泉岭分公司的生态效率值较高。农业经济发展水平、工业化水平、农业用电量对生态效率影响为正向效应。据此,应加强提升农业生态技术创新,合理调整资源配置,推进以低碳农业为导向的农业转型升级。 In order to promote the coordinated development of agricultural economy and ecological environment protection, improve ecological efficiency, and realize low-carbon agriculture and sustainable development. Based on the panel data from 2010 to 2020, this paper introduces agricultural carbon sink and total agricultural carbon emissions into the ecological efficiency evaluation system from the perspective of low-carbon agriculture, and adopts the super-efficiency SBM model to comprehensively evaluate the ecological efficiency of nine branches of Beidahuang Group. The results show that the ecological efficiency of agricultural enterprises in Beidahuang Group is increasing year by year,and the comprehensive ecological efficiency is the highest in 2020. In the mean value of eco-efficiency of each branch, the eco-efficiency values of Bei ’an, Harbin, Jiansanjiang and Baoquanling branch were higher. Agricultural economic development level, industrialization level and agricultural electricity consumption have positive effects on ecological efficiency. Therefore, agricultural ecological technology innovation should be strengthened, resource allocation should be adjusted reasonably, and agricultural transformation and upgrading oriented by low-carbon agriculture should be promoted.
