励-协夫曼言语治疗对脑卒中患者吞咽功能的作用效果

Effects of Lee Silverman voice treatment on swallowing function of stroke survivors

目的探讨励-协夫曼言语治疗法对患有吞咽功能障碍的脑卒中患者吞咽功能和吞咽生存质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2021年3月神经内科和神经外科收治的脑卒中并伴有吞咽功能障碍的患者86例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例,对照组采取常规的吞咽功能康复治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予励-协夫曼言语治疗,干预3个月后,比较2组患者的吞咽功能和吞咽生存质量评分。结果干预后,观察组洼田饮水试验结果好于对照组(Z=-2.205,P=0.027),进食评估问卷调查评分低于对照组(t=2.605,P=0.011);观察组吞咽生存质量问卷评分明显高于对照组(t=-2.441,P=0.017)。结论励-协夫曼言语治疗能够改善患有吞咽功能障碍脑卒中患者的吞咽功能,从而提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Lee Silverman voice treatment(LSVT)on swallowing function and swallowing quality of life among stroke survivors with swallowing dysfunction.Methods Totally 86 stroke survivors with swallowing dysfunction and admitted to the neurology and surgery of our hospital between January 2020 and March 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 43.Both groups were given routine rehabilitation,while the observation was additionally provided with LSVT.After 3-month intervention,both groups were observed and compared the swallowing function and swallowing quality of life.Results After three months of treatment,the score of water swallow test of the observation group was better than that of the control group(Z=-2.205,P=0.027),and the eating assessment tool of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(t=2.605,P=0.011),while the score of the swallowing quality of life questionnaire of the former was significantly higher the latter group(t=-2.441,P=0.017).Conclusion LSVT can promote the swallowing function of stroke survivors with swallowing dysfunction,and improve their swallowing quality of life.
