摘要
以“十四五”规划中位列优化提升范畴的京津冀、长三角、珠三角、成渝和长江中游五大国家级城市群为研究对象,构建区域科研竞争力评价指标体系,并运用熵权法结合TOPSIS模型对各城市群及其区域内各省份的科研竞争力展开实证研究。研究结果表明,东中西部城市群科研竞争力水平差距显著,呈现为珠三角>京津冀>长三角>长江中游>成渝的格局;各城市群的中心城市成为区域创新的重要增长极;区域内的发展不平衡问题十分突出,其中京津冀城市群区域内各省份的科研竞争力差异最为显著;长江中游、成渝城市群二者科研竞争力评价表现虽居五大城市群的下游,但其区域内各省份科研竞争力整体实力较为均衡。
Taking the five national urban agglomeration in China including Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,the Pearl River Delta,Cheng-Yu urban agglomeration and the middle reaches of Yangtze River that are in the category of optimization and promotion in the 14th Five-Year Plan as the research objects,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of regional scientific research competitiveness.The entropy weight method,combined with TOPSIS model is used to adopt an empirical research on the scientific research competitiveness of urban agglomeration and provinces within the region.Results show that there is a significant gap in the level of research competitiveness among the eastern,central and western urban agglomerations,presenting a pattern of the Pearl River Delta>BeijingTianjin-Hebei>Yangtze River Delta>the middle reaches of Yangtze River>Cheng-Yu urban agglomeration.The central cities of every urban agglomeration are the important growth pole of regional innovation.The problem of unbalanced regional development is very prominent,especially for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,the scientific research competitiveness differences among the cities in this region are the most nobly.Although the evaluation performance of scientific research competitiveness in the middle reaches of Yangtze River and ChengYu urban agglomeration ranks in the lowest of the five major urban agglomerations,the overall scientific research competitiveness of the provinces in the region is relatively balanced.
