摘要
该文根据典型的总压探针设计方法,设计出五种结构形式的总压探针,并在亚声速、常温、常压条件下对这五种典型的总压探针进行数值仿真,通过仿真得到的压力分布、速度分布等流场特性分析总压探针的测压特性,选出不敏感角及测压准确度最优的总压探针进行后续加工,用于现场测试。该文对传统的直杆球窝型总压探针进行结构改进,在考虑不敏感角度的影响下探究球窝型总压探针的最佳结构方案,并通过风洞试验对该方案进行验证。研究结果表明:相对于正吹而言,气流偏转角使得总压的测量结果偏低,总压系数也相对大些;球窝型偏心小内径结构的压力探针受气流偏转角度的影响相对较小,测压准确度较高,可以作为现场测试的最佳结构方案。
In this paper,according to the typical total pressure probe design method,five kinds of total pressure probe are designed,and the numerical simulation of these five kinds of total pressure probe is carried out under the conditions of subsonic speed,normal temperature and normal pressure.Through the simulation of the pressure distribution,velocity distribution and other flow characteristics,the pressure measurement characteristics of the total pressure probe are analyzed,and the total pressure probe with the best insensitive angle and pressure measurement accuracy is selected for subsequent processing,which is used for on-site test.The structure of the traditional straight rod ball and socket type total pressure probe is improved,and the optimal structure optimization scheme of the ball and socket type total pressure probe is explored under the influence of insensitive angle,and the optimal design scheme is verified by wind tunnel experiment.The results show that the total pressure measurement results are lower and the total pressure coefficient is larger than that of forward blowing.The pressure probe with ball and socket eccentric small inner diameter structure is relatively less affected by the deflection angle of air flow,and has high measurement accuracy,so it can be used as the best structure scheme for on-site test.
