摘要 高校校园公共安全事件具有突发性、紧急性和不可预见性,一旦发生会造成巨大的社会影响。通过对高校校园公共安全事件风险管控难点和关键性问题进行研究,借助数字孪生技术重构全时全域智慧校园,进而构建高校校园数字信息模型,研究成果有助于实现高校校园安全风险事件智能识别与预警,达到高校校园安全风险事件精准适度管控,以期为高校校园智慧运维和公共安全风险管控提供科学依据。 College campus public security events are sudden,urgent and unpredictable,and once they occur,they will have a huge social impact.By studying the difficulties and key issues in the risk management and control of public security events in college campus,reconstructing a full-time and all-domain smart campus with the help of digital twin technology,and then constructing a digital information model of college campuses,the research results will help realize the intelligent identification and early warm of college campus security risk events.To achieve accurate and appropriate management and control of college campus security risk events,in order to provide a scientific basis for college campus smart operation and maintenance and public security risk management and control.
