摘要
为推进农田水利工程的基础性建设,实行不同地区的自主管理,提升资源的可持续利用率,合理改善农业生产的基础条件与设施,长久以来,建立健全农田水利化工程合理化、有效化、专业化的措施,是接下来农业发展的长期目标。本文主要探讨了农田水利工程在施工管理过程中出现的问题及相应的建议。
In order to promote the basic construction of farmland water conservancy projects,implement independent management in different regions,improve the sustainable utilization of resources,and reasonably improve the basic conditions and facilities of agricultural production,for a long time,the rationalization,effectiveness,specialized measures of farmland water conservancy projects are the long-term goal of agricultural development in the future.This article mainly discusses the problems and corresponding suggestions in the process of construction management of farmland water conservancy projects.
