Thinking and Exploration of Improving Human Resources and Social Security Service Capabilities Using Block Chain Technology

随着区块链技术的快速发展,其技术应用已延伸至实体经济多个领域。除了金融、保险、产品溯源等领域外,人力资源和社会保障(以下简称人社)作为重要的民生领域,对区块链技术带来的价值,有着强烈的内在应用需求。笔者长期从事人社信息化建设和信息系统管理工作,结合在工作中对区块链的思考和探索,从人社领域应用实践的分析出发,针对区块链技术在电子政务领域的应用提供一些浅见,希望能对人社战线和其他电子政务从业者应用区块链技术提供些许参考。

With the rapid development of block chain technology,its technical application has been extended to many fields of the real economy.In addition to finance,insurance,product traceability and other fields,human resources and social security,as important areas of people’s livelihood,has a strong internal application demand for the value brought by block chain technology.The author has been engaged in the construction and information system management of human resources and social security informatization for a long time,combines with the thinking and exploration of block chain in the work,starts from the analysis on the application practice in the field of human resources and social security,provides some personal suggestions for the application of block chain technology in the field of e-government affairs,hoping to provide some reference for the application of block chain technology in human resources and social security field and other e-government affair practitioners.
