摘要 高温烧结炉被广泛应用于材料、化工、制药等诸多领域,在设置小型烧结炉的温控曲线时,步骤烦琐且无法获知实际的运行曲线。为了确保烧结炉工作过程的安全与可靠,往往在工作现场还需要有人值守。为了降低人力成本,方便设置并监控烧结炉的运行,将物联网技术引入高温烧结炉,实现对多个运行设备的远程监控,用户通过手机就能实现远程操控,便捷可靠,大大提高了工作的效率。 High temperature sintering furnace is widely used in materials,chemical industry,pharmacy and many other fields.When setting the temperature control curve of small sintering furnace,the steps are cumbersome and the actual operation curve can not be obtained.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the working process of sintering furnace,it is often necessary to have someone on duty at the work site.In order to reduce the labor cost and facilitate the setting and monitoring of the operation of the sintering furnace,the Internet of Things technology is introduced into the high-temperature sintering furnace to realize the remote monitoring of multiple operating equipment.Users can realize remote control through mobile phones,which is convenient and reliable,and greatly improves the efficiency of work.
