套管切割工具割刀的结构优化及试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 大量已经到达使用寿命的海上油气井需要弃置,对套管切割工具提出了新的要求。为此,对套管切割工具的割刀结构进行了研究。基于胜利油田海上埕岛油田的实际应用工况,综合考虑割刀的受力和受扭矩情况,建立了割刀的理论计算模型,并计算出割刀的作用力及扭矩,为下一步仿真模拟提供具体边界条件;再利用有限元仿真,结合割刀的作用力和扭矩数据,对割刀进行切割过程模拟,并与割刀实际应用情况进行对比分析;最终,对割刀的结构进行了优化设计,并将优化后的割刀再次进行试验。试验结果表明优化后的割刀效果良好,满足实际需求。研究结果可为套管切割工具的研究与应用提供参考。 With many end-of-life offshore oil and gas wells to be abandoned, new requirements and challenges are put forward for casing cutting tools.Therefore, the structure of a cutter for casing cutting was studied.Based on the actual working conditions of offshore Chengdao Region in Shengli Oilfield, considering the forces and torques acting on the cutter, the theoretical calculation model for the cutter was established and the forces and torques were calculated as the specific boundary conditions for next simulation study.Thirdly, with the calculations of forces and torques, finite element method was used to simulate the cutting process of cutter.Then the simulation results were compared with the actual application results of the cutter.Finally, the structure of the cutter was optimized followed by corresponding experimental study.The test results show that the optimized cutter performs well and meets the operational requirements.The study results provide references for future study and application of casing cutting tools.
