The theoretical construction and legal practice of audio and video recording system are of great significance to the confirmation of evidence legality in supervisory cases.The practice of procedural justice concept and the protection of litigation rights should be improved in current Supervision Law and relevant regulations. And the judgment standard of evidence legitimacy should be more specific.
