PUA犯罪亚文化的特性与遏阻对策

Characteristics and Countermeasures of PUA Criminal Subculture

近年来,PUA亚文化深受青年大众追捧,由此产生的恶性事件以及违法犯罪屡见不鲜。PUA亚文化在与我国主文化的冲突过程中已经由一种良性文化演变成犯罪亚文化。这种犯罪亚文化具备叛逆性、联结性和畸异性等特征,并会产生反社会危害、反分化危害以及反规范危害,故必须加以防范。PUA犯罪亚文化的形成机理是:外部文化冲突中不良文化的泛滥与基础教育的不足为其形成营造了条件;内部文化冲突中犯罪人的选择偏差与被害人的选择失衡为其形成提供了动能;社会监管与法律制度等规范真空也为其形成提供了便利。为遏阻PUA犯罪亚文化蔓延,必须培养青少年对中华优秀传统文化的认同感,加强学生的基础教育,增进对心理障碍亚群体的疏导和治疗。同时,也要强化对PUA行业的监管,完善相关法律制度,严惩PUA恶性事件和违法犯罪活动,以降低其对青少年群体的危害。

In recent years,PUA subculture has been popular among the teenagers,resulting frequent vicious events and crimes. PUA subculture has evolved from a benign culture to a criminal subculture in the conflict with Chinese main culture. PUA criminal subculture with the characteristics of rebellion,connection and abnormality should be prevented because of its anti-social,anti-differentiation and anti-normative dangers. As for the formation of PUA criminal subculture,the inundation of bad culture and the inadequacy of basic education in external cultural conflicts create conditions,the choice deviation of criminals and the choice unbalance of victims in the internal culture conflict provide energy,and the normative vacuum of social supervision and legal system project opportunities. Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate the teenagers’ sense of identity to excellent traditional Chinese cultures,improve basic education,and strengthen the guidance and treatment of sub-groups with psychological disorders so as to stem the spread of PUA criminal subculture. Meanwhile,the supervision of PUA industry should be strengthened,relevant legal systems should be improved,and PUA malignant events and criminal activities should be punished severely.
