“Type Symbiosis”-Preliminary Exploration on Design of Community Residential Houses

本文基于某社区民宅项目课题设计,引入“类型学”设计方法,将场地环境和传统园林精华以“类型共生”的设计理念进行研究;从城市介入、建筑设计、园林景观三个维度进行解析,探究社区民宅设计方法。

Based on the project design of a residential house project in a certain community,this article introduces the“typology”design method,studies the site environment and the essence of traditional gardens with the design concept of“type symbiosis”;and analyzes this issue from three dimensions of urban intervention,architectural design,and garden landscape,so as to explore the design methods of community residential houses.
