浅析酒店建筑公共空间的共享设计--以厦门老城区镇邦路酒店设计为例

Brief Analysis of Public Space Shared Design in Hotel Buildings--Example of the Design of Zhenbang Road Hotel in Old Urban Area of Xiamen

城市更新中,弥合居民活动空间的需求与旧城中缺乏公共空间的现实矛盾成为设计中着重考虑的因素。文章以厦门镇邦路酒店设计为主体,通过对城市空间现状梳理,结合国内外公共空间共享的设计案例,总结针对老城区酒店改造中共享公共空间设计方法与策略,以达到营造积极的共享空间和高品质休闲空间为片区增加活力的目的。

In urban renewal,bridging the contradiction between the needs of residents’activity space and the reality of the lack of public space in the old city has become a key factor in the design.This article takes the design of Zhenbang Road Hotel in Xiamen as the main body,summarizes the design methods and strategies of shared public space in the renovation of hotels in the old urban area by sorting out the current situation of urban space and combining the design cases of public space sharing at home and abroad,so as to create a positive shared space and high-quality leisure space for the purpose of adding vitality to the area.
