加强建筑工程的管理,除了可以实现建筑整体质量与工程管理水平积极提升外,还能从安全管理角度促进管理者自身素质提升,并完善调节管理制度。所以对建筑工程全过程的加强管理,有利于促进工程整体质量的全面提升,保障管控效率提升。故此,本文就建筑行业的管理现状,分析建筑项目工程全过程的管理价值,提出建筑项目工程管理工作中全过程管理的实践应用策略,以期提升建筑项目工程的整体质量,从而为建筑行业的持续发展提供保障。

Strengthening the management of construction projects can not only actively improve the overall quality of construction and the level of project management,but also promote the improvement of managers’own quality from the perspective of safety management,and perfect and regulate the management system.Therefore,strengthening the management of the whole process of construction projects is conducive to promoting the comprehensive improvement of the overall quality of the project and ensuring the improvement of management and control efficiency.Therefore,this article analyzes the management value of the whole process of construction projects based on the current management status of the construction industry,and proposes practical application strategies for the whole-process management of construction project,in order to improve the overall quality of construction projects,and accordingly contribute to the sustainable development of the construction industry.
