在新形势下,我国高等教育已逐渐进入到后大众阶段,普及化阶段即将来临,这不仅代表着高等教育规模与数量的扩张,也意味着学生个体及群体特点会发生巨大变化。在此背景下,高职院校必须明确掌握学生的新特点,了解学生高质量发展的价值和意义,正视教育管理工作存有的问题,转变管理模式,创新管理手段,提升管理工作开展成效,以期为学生日后更好发展奠定扎实基础。

Under the new situation,our country’s higher education has gradually entered the post-mass stage,and the popularization stage is coming,which not only represents the expansion of the scale and quantity of higher education,but also means that the characteristics of individual students and groups will undergo great changes.In this context,higher vocational colleges must clearly grasp the new characteristics of students,understand the value and significance of highquality development of students,face up to the existing problems in education management,change management models,innovate management methods,and improve the effectiveness of management work,in order to lay a solid foundation for the better development of students in the future.
