摘要
重大突发公共卫生事件后,不同社会人群的心理状态都会发生明显的变化,需要以心理干预为主要手段和举措,降低公共事件对各人群所带来的不利影响。本文以高职院校教师的心理干预为抓手,从教师心理健康问题、成因以及干预手段的角度出发,提出相应的心理干预策略,以期为我国高职院校更好地教育学生、培养学生提供支持和帮助。特别在我国职业教育快速发展的背景下,提高高职教师心理干预质量能够帮助高职院校营造良好的职业教育氛围,提升学生培养的实效性和有效性。
After major public health emergencies,the psychological state of different social groups will change significantly.It is necessary to take psychological intervention as the main means and measures to reduce the adverse effects of public events on various groups.Taking the psychological intervention of teachers in higher vocational colleges as the starting point,this paper proposes corresponding psychological intervention strategies from the perspectives of teachers’mental health problems,to provide support and assistance.Improving the quality of higher vocational teachers’psychological intervention can help higher vocational colleges,create a good atmosphere for vocational education,and improve the effectiveness and effectiveness of student training.
