高校教师队伍建设是高等教育人才发展体系的重要组成部分,科学的教师队伍建设机制可以有效地推动高校内涵式发展。通过对地方高校教师队伍建设现状进行分析,结合对我国教师队伍建设实践的总结和反思,探索和完善新时代地方高校教师队伍建设的有效策略,为高校教师发展提供科学的管理支撑。

The construction of the faculty is an important part of the talent development system of higher education.The scientific construction mechanism of the faculty can effectively promote the development of the connotation of higher education.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the construction of the teaching staff in local colleges and universities,combined with the summary and reflection on the practice of the construction of the teaching staff in China,this paper explores and perfects the effective strategies for the construction of the teaching staff in local colleges and universities in the new era,to provide scientific management support for the development of university teachers.
