高职院校思想政治教育与党建工作协同发展模式研究

Research on the Cooperative Development Mode of Ideological and Political Education and Party Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

在新时期背景下,对于如何提高学生的思想政治觉悟并将其与学校的党建工作协同发展,成了高校思政工作的重要课题,在理清两者关系、研究意义以及分析存在问题的基础上,从思想工作有高度、协同并进有力度、队伍建设有跨度、活动组织有热度这四个方面入手,完善高校党建工作与思想政治教育协同育人模式。

In the new era background,how to improve the students’ideological and political consciousness and the coordinated development of the Party construction with the school,has become the important subject of university’s ideological work.On the basis of clarifying the relationship,research significance and analysis of existing problems,the collaborative education model between the Party construction and ideological and political education in colleges and universities should be improved from such four aspects as the ideological work height,synergy in hand strength,heat team construction span and activity organization.
