基于“三全育人”理念的高职ESP课程育人研究

摘要 为响应国家“三全育人”教育理念不光落实在思政课中,还要深入贯通到“每门课程”育人改革中的号召,本研究遵循“三全育人”的“全员、全过程、全方位”育人理念,以湖南科技职业学院国家示范性软件专业的“专门用途英语(ESP)课程”育人实践为例,提出“英语教师主导,专业教师、企业专家、思政教师、语文教师”等全员合力,从“专业+职业+思想文化+英语”全方位,“覆盖学生课前、课中、课后”的全过程,建构“学科专门英语为主导+职业技能英语为目标+思想文化英语为底蕴”的三维一体ESP课程育人体系。 In response to the call of the“San Quan”education concept,which is not only implemented in the political course,but also should be penetrated into the educational reform of“every course”,this study follows the educational concept of“all staff,whole process and all-round”of“San Quan”education concept,and takes the educational practice of ESP course of“software major”in Hunan Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example,and puts forward that“English teachers as the core,professional teachers,enterprise experts,political teachers,Chinese teachers”participate in the reform of ESP Curriculum Education,and covers the whole learning process of students before,during and after class,and constructs a three-dimensional ESP curriculum education system of“subject specific English as the leading+vocational skill English as the goal+ideological and cultural English as the background”from the perspective of“major occupation+ideological culture+English”.
