摘要
采用紫外−可见分光光度计分析了铝合金有色钛锆转化液连续成膜过程中单宁酸的质量浓度,以研究单宁酸的消耗规律及其对膜层颜色和涂装性能的影响。结果表明,转化液中单宁酸的消耗率为1.74 mg/(dm^(2)·L)。随着处理样品数(或面积)的增加,转化膜由最初的金黄色逐渐转变成浅黄色,当处理的样品多于60个(即处理面积高于86.4 dm^(2))时,转化膜的涂装性能变得不合格。
In order to study the consumption law of tannic acid during the process of continuous film formation on aluminum alloy and its effect on the color and coatability of the obtained Ti-Zr-based conversion film,the mass concentration of tannic acid in colored Ti-Zr-based conversion bath was analyzed by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry.The results showed that the consumption rate of tannic acid in the coversion bath was 1.74 mg/(dm^(2)·L).With the increasing of the number or area of the samples treated,the conversion film changed from golden yellow to light yellow.Its coatability became unquallified when more than 60 pieces of samples(equivalent to total area at least 86.4 dm^(2))were treated.
