瑶药穴位敷贴用于老年带状疱疹脾虚湿蕴证患者的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Yao Medicine Acupoint Application on Elderly Patients with Herpes Zoster with Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Accumulation Syndrome

目的:探究瑶药穴位敷贴对老年带状疱疹脾虚湿蕴证患者的应用效果。方法:将112例老年带状疱疹脾虚湿蕴证患者随机分为两组各56例,对照组给予药物联合威伐光治疗,试验组给予瑶药穴位敷贴联合威伐光治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、中医证候积分、疼痛程度、住院时间、血清炎症因子水平、不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组患者第7天和第14天治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率和住院时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的中医证候积分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平均下降,且试验组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑶药敷贴穴位调理技术对老年带状疱疹脾虚湿蕴证患者有较好疗效,能显著提高治疗效果,减轻中医证候,缓解疼痛,还能降低炎症反应,降低不良反应发生率,缩短住院时间。

Objective:To explore the application effect of Yao medicine acupoint application on elderly patients with herpes zoster with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome.Methods:A total of 112 elderly patients with herpes zoster with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with medicine combined with WIRA light treatment,and the experimental group was given Yao medicine acupoint application combined with WIRA light treatment.The treatment effect,TCM syndrome scores,pain degree,length of hospitalization,inflammation level,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment on the 7;and 14;days of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions and length of stay were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,and the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yao medicine acupoint application has a good effect on patients with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome of herpes zoster.It can significantly improve the treatment effect,reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,relieve pain,reduce the inflammatory reaction,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and shorten the length of hospital stay.
